Become an Officer
Officers are members who want to help organizing our events, but don’t prefer to hold a specific position. Officers offer their help in various events in various forms. This is a quite flexible position, but officers are expected to contribute at least to one event per semester. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested!
Become an Event Coordinator
There’s an event-coordinator for each event we organize. Event coordinators assign tasks to other members, make sure that everything runs smoothly, and do the communication with other parties (such as MIT Campus Activities Complex, any guest lecturers, etc). In case things go wrong, event coordinators are expected to set aside the time to resolve problems and strive for an excellent event. Event coordinators can also be called uber-officers. Email email@example.com.
Contribute with your profession/hobby!
Let us know if you think your skills and activities could add to an event of ours. For example, we always need organizations to provide quality food at our events. “Folklore” dances and live music would be amazing at the annual International Fair at MIT. A workshop on Turkish art would be amazing. Options are limitless. Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested!
Sponsor an Event/a Project!
Sponsors are crucial for us to continue making quality events for our Turkish community in particular and campus community in general. E-mail us at email@example.com and we can discuss the best possible way your donation can be utilized. Contributions are very much appreciated.
